My Story
I am committed to serve families in the purchase of their home, build equity for themselves rather than renting.
I came to Canada in Dec. 2006, by myself, live with relatives to find a better opportunity, with my family left behind. The most painful experience in my life is to leave my husband and young children back home for five years.
Having eighteen years of experience in the financial industry back home doesn’t mean I can easily fit for employment requirements in Canada. I ended up doing different jobs and slowly equip myself with taking different designations in the financial sector. It was hard dividing my time between family, work, and studies but patience and hard work pay off.
My challenge in buying our first home became my turning point. Having two jobs but still declined by three big banks. Luckily enough. the fourth bank I approached gave me the opportunity to be approved. I did my financial analysis and convinced the bank to fund my mortgage. The challenge of seeking financing lead me to study mortgage. My family was my first client. Being declined by the bank to purchase our second house, I got myself approved for a bigger house my family has dreamed of. Since then, I reach out to my friends and community.
Four years ago, being a mortgage agent or mortgage broker in the Hamilton area was a big challenge. Most of the clients I helped are previously declined by banks. With hard work, skills, and knowledge, I offered solutions and get them approved. Ninety-nine percent of the qualifies for the best rate. None of them on private lending.
Today, I expanded my horizon and get my license as a real estate representative, with the hope to offer better, efficient and complete service to my clients. With my expansion in what I do, I formed a team to be more efficient and remain on top of what I do.
